Odyssey specializes in delivering world class Experiential Learning programs for International and Domestic schools, working with upper Primary, Middle, and Secondary school groups.
We provide a fully end-to-end service—handling everything for you so you can focus on what matters.
Before the journey begins, we work closely with principals, teachers, and chaperones to ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared—academically, logistically, and operationally.
We support schools with:
- Academic trip planning aligned with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, or custom learning objectives)
- Destination research, site selection, and comprehensive risk assessments
- Clear itineraries, learning outcomes, and activity briefings for principals, teachers, and chaperones
- Student-appropriate accommodation, transportation, and meal arrangements
- Pre-departure coordination, documentation support, and safety protocols
Our goal is to ensure principals, teachers, and chaperones feel confident, informed, and fully supported before departure.
From arrival to departure, our experienced facilitators and field coordinators manage the program on the ground—allowing principals, teachers, and chaperones to focus on student engagement and learning.
During the trip, we:
- Lead and facilitate all activities, ensuring academic objectives are achieved
- Coordinate daily logistics, transportation, and site schedules
- Act as on-site health and safety first responders, activating emergency procedures when required
- Support principals, teachers, and chaperones with continuous supervision and student welfare
- Troubleshoot in real time, adapting smoothly to on-site conditions
Every trip is delivered with professionalism, care, and a strong focus on student well-being.
Our service continues even after the journey ends, supporting principals, teachers, and chaperones in closing the program meaningfully.
After the trip, we assist with:
- Program debriefs and feedback collection with principals, teachers, and chaperones
- Trip reports and documentation for school records
- Academic reflection support, when required
- Post-program evaluations to strengthen future learning experiences
